Somebody thought long and hard about this case. The placement of the tools, the design of the decapper/ heatsink, the fact it won’t roll off the table when you put it down! It’s a little slice of inspired genius. Thank you.
Actually a very good case for the Tempest 2, but unfortunately, there seem to be different versions. Normally, there's a tool holder for the "Bowl Screen Tool" on the side of the debowler, including the tool itself. The debowler pin is also slightly pointed. My case, unfortunately, doesn't have any of that, and the extra tool wasn't included either. I was able to 3D print a small attachment and simply sanded down the pin. No big deal, otherwise top quality and a vastly improved replacement for the original cardboard case. (And super fast delivery from MV!)
**Disappointing and far too expensive** The Tempest case in Midnight also disappointed me. For a simple case, the price is, in my opinion, far too high. The quality and workmanship in no way justify the price for me. Overall, the product seems overpriced to me, and I would not recommend it.
The perfect case for the Tempest 2. Yes, it's pricey, but it cools down very well! Highly recommended.
