Tempest 2 - Seal Ring Set

This set of replacement O-rings for the Tempest 2 is made of FKM rubber. FKM resists both heat and isopropyl alcohol, so the rings survive a cleaning soak alongside the metal parts.

The rings keep the vapour path sealed, which keeps airflow consistent from one session to the next. Over time and with repeated cleaning they can stretch or lose elasticity, and a seal ring set in the drawer means restricted or uneven airflow takes only a minute to fix.

Care is simple: keep the rings dry and skip any lubricants, and fitting the bowl with a twisting motion is kinder to them than a straight push.
